Description:
This represents the amounts owed and paid to the court by the litigant.

Attributes:

• TotalDue- only changes if the judge lowers or increases what is owed.  This is not a "balance owed".
• TotalApplied- represents payments and bonds explicitly applied to the account by the court.  Collections attributes Collections-related data may be different, as all bonds count against the case/account.
• TotalPaid
  
• Unlike the court's records, this includes pending bonds.
• This also includes payments made after the case is referred.
• DueDate- it is possible that this might change to a future date (due to a defendant getting relief from a judge) and the court forgets to withdraw the case.  See also Date formats in Judici XML.
