Description:
Criminal counts

Attributes:

• Number- an ordinal/sequence number indicating the nth criminal count on a case
  
• OffenseDate- this field is not required in all participating Judici courts, so it may not always be known.  
• TicketNumber- in traffic cases, this will be the ticket number issued by law enforcement. In non-traffic cases, this may have some other value, since there is no ticket in such cases.
• PersonalInjury- this indicates whether injury, death or damages occurred.  There is no enumeration of allowed values. 
  
• MotorVehicleInvolvement- there is an enumeration of allowed values in the CourtDataTransferFile schema.  Courts are not always good about recording this.
