Each civil case litigant or criminal defendant is represented by an Actor element.  Note that other individuals, including judges and law enforcement officers, are RelatedActors

Attributes:

• • Role- this is a person's inherent role in the court (e.g. Litigant).  The CourtDataTransferFile schema lays out an enumeration of the allowed values.

  • ID- in an example of "IL016025JL2012CF18D1" illustrates the structure, including special delimiter, required for performance reasons.
